Refund policy

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs, which will remain your responsability.

To return a product, please contact us by email at mimoze@mimoze.fr specifying the date, the order number, and the details of the items you wish to return.

Upon receipt of your email, we will send you, via return email, within 5 days, a return form with the address to which the items must be returned. The return shipping costs will remain your responsibility, as will the initial delivery charges.

The return of the products must be completed within 5 days from the date the return form is sent by Mimoze.

We strongly recommend that you ensure the products are returned using a method that provides a confirmed date and retain all evidence of the return. Similarly, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

The products must be returned in their original, complete condition and accompanied by the duly completed return form. Products not returned within this timeframe or returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or in any other condition that reasonably suggests they have been used or worn will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for your order, within a few days.

In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code, delivery costs will not be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, the return request will automatically be denied. The return request can only be made by the purchaser and under no circumstances by the gift recipient.
